I think you can import your Dreamwidth content ... and you can use JournalPress to automatically cross-post to your DW journal! With some kinda comments integration, too.
I'm not sure it'd have all the same features, but I'm still thinking of using this myself at some point. Once I set up the multi-blog site I was thinking of and get my own WordPress journal there. >.>b Not sure how long that'll take though. The last time I played with WordPress-MU I was like o.O;
